You may return any of our products for any reason for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges may only be refunded when the return is due to our own error.

All returns must be filed within 15 days of receipt.

Returns filed for items purchased with a credit card are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

All U.S. Coin Depot items that are returned must be in the original packaging, or a certified holder. Coins that are removed from this packaging cannot be returned.

All bullion purchases are final.

All special order item sales are final.

Any client who wishes to return an item must file for a return authorization code. Please contact your account advisor for details.

All U.S. Coin Depot items slabbed by PCGS, NGC, ICG, or ANACS are protected by a three day inspection period. These pieces are traded daily on an open exchange and prices are subject to market demands. After three days all sales are final.

What are the shipping, handling, security and insurance charges?

At U.S. Coin Depot, we offer free shipping on all orders of at least $99. Due to policies set by the U.S. Postal Service, we cannot offer free shipping on packages over ten pounds. For orders that exceed this weight limit, there will likely be a $110 surcharge. Please note that due to government laws, we cannot ship to APO/FPO facilities.

Do you ship internationally?

U.S. Coin Depot will only ship to clients within the United States of America and Canada. Clients in other countries, however, are welcome to purchase items and arrange for their own transportation.

How do you wrap your packages?

All U.S. Coin Depot packages are wrapped to ensure safety and discreetness, without indicating the value of the package. We also refrain from labeling our packages.

How is my order shipped?

We ship all orders through Federal Express or the U.S. Postal Service. Each U.S. Coin Depot order is insured, and for security purposes, will require a signature from the recipient upon delivery. After the package has left the warehouse, we do not permit redirects.

Can you ship my order to a post office box?

Only insured and registered packages purchased from U.S. Coin Depot may be shipped to a post office box. Other orders must indicate a specific street address, and a signature will be required to complete the delivery process.

Is my package insured while in transit?

Due to the high value and desirability of our products, U.S. Coin Depot fully insures all of our customer shipments. This means that the insurance policy will cover any potential events while the package is in transit. However, this does not cover any potential theft that may occur after the package has left the carrier’s possession. We will not accept responsibility for any packages that are unattended, or packages that are delivered without a signature at your request. We will also not accept responsibility for any packages that are delivered to family members, office assistants, or neighbors. In othere words, this insuarance policy ends once the package has been delivered. We will also pursue any damage claims, provided that they are filed within five days of delivery. Failure to report these claims within this period of time will void your ability to file these claims. After you file a claim, we will take all necessary measures to take the proper action. U.S. Coin Depot reserves the right to re-ship items or refund your money based on our own discretion.

How long will it take to get my package?

U.S. Coin Depot usually ships packages within 14 days (including weekends). Depending on the nature of your order, we may split it into several packages. Customers who place several orders may also receive all items in one bulk shipment.

Does the company ever back order items?

At times, the demand for particular items may go beyond the item’s availability. U.S. Coin Depot reserves the right to ship items up to 30 days after your expected shipping date to fill your order. Delayed shipping dates due to a lack of availability will not impact the price you pay, positively or negatively.

How to get speedy delivery with FastShip™?

U.S. Coin Depot orders are eligible for FastShip processing when paid through Paypal or wire payment (funds must already be on account, or the wire received), and this offer pertains only to eligible items. FastShip orders will be shipped with expedited processing, within 1-2 days of purchase. This delivery depends on item availability, as well as payment clearance. U.S. Coin Depot cannot guarantee that items shipped through FastShip will reach customers quicker than standard items.

U.S. Coin Depot has created this privacy policy in order to convey our ongoing commitment to keeping your information private, and protecting it from outside sources. We will only use this information to send you our newsletter and information relating to our products.

Why did you receive a mailing from us?

At U.S. Coin Depot, we understand and respect the privacy of your information. Thus, all of our marketing email lists are entirely permission based, meaning that you must indicate that you wish to receive these information emails by opting in. We also limit these emails. Unsubscribing from U.S. Coin Depot emails is simple. In each email we send, we include an unsubscribe link at the end of each email.

U.S. Coin Depot takes measures to prevent your personal infromation from being lost, stolen, changed, or used for nefarious purposes.

Data Sharing and Usage

At U.S. Coin Depot, we guarantee with certainty that your data will not be misused under any circumstances. Unless ordered by a court of law, we will never share your information with anyone. We will also never share or sell your information for promotional purposes, or to marketing companies. This information will only be available to personnel who are managing this information to contact you, or to service providers (with whom we have a long-standing relationship) in regards to providing these communications in a convenient manner.

Use of Web Beacons

To improve our marketing emails, we may include a web beacon, which allows us to determine the amount of people who open our emails. So, when you click on an in-email link, we may record this and adjust our email offerings accordingly. These web beacons collect only limited information, including a cookie identifier, the time and date at which the page was viewed, and the URL of the page.

As an email recipient, you can disable these web beacons by disabling HTML images, or only allowing HTML emails through your email software.

Because the value of our coins and other products fluctuates frequently, the following terms and conditions of sale apply to all U.S. Coin Depot transactions.
